Home Health & Hospice Care of Nursing Placement is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bayside Nursing LLC, a locally owned and operated home health care agency located in Warwick, RI.

The owner of Bayside reached out to Nursing Placement owner, Michael Bigney upon reading about the highly successful transition of HomeFront Health Care in August, 2017. In need of a company that could act quickly and decisively, Nursing Placement stepped in to swiftly complete the acquisition.

As a result of this acquisition, Bayside clients will experience no interruption of their services or caregivers.  Bayside staff will join the Nursing Placement team of some six -hundred professional and paraprofessional employees providing nursing, rehabilitation, home health aide and hospice care throughout Rhode Island.
